Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Switzerland and Liechtenstein):

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:

Up to 0,1 kg: 3 CHF

Up to 0,5 kg: 3.40 CHF

Up to 2 kg: 8.50 CHF

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

European Union:

Up to 0.1 kg: 4 CHF

Up to 0.250 kg: 9 CHF

Up to 0.500 kg: 14 CHF

Up to 1 kg: 20 CHF

Up to 1.5 kg: 25 CHF

Up to 2 kg: 30 CHF

Additional Shipping Service:
Priority shipping with tracking number option is available for an additional 5 CHF.

Australia, Japan, Canada, United States

Up to 0.100 kg: 7 CHF

Up to: 0.250 kg: 12 CHF

Up to: 0.500 kg: 17 CHF

Up to: 1 kg: 27 CHF

Up to: 1.5 kg: 32 CHF

Up to: 2 kg: 37 CHF

Additional Shipping Service:
Priority shipping with tracking number option is available for an additional 5 CHF.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Switzerland) within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries

Abroad within 7-14 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made.

The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

VAT Notice:

Dear Customers,

Please take note of our VAT and import policies for orders placed with Marina Demse Handmade:

•Switzerland: Currently, we are not required to collect VAT due to turnover thresholds, so VAT is not included in our prices. However, if we become required to collect VAT in the future, the applicable VAT will be displayed in the checkout cart before completing your purchase.

•All Other Countries: VAT, import duties, or other taxes may be applicable based on the regulations of the destination country, and local authorities may request payment upon delivery. Marina Demse Handmade does not currently collect VAT for these destinations due to turnover thresholds. Should we be required to collect VAT in the future, it will be clearly shown on the checkout cart before completing your order.

Important: Please be aware that Marina Demse Handmade is not responsible for calculating or collecting VAT or any other taxes in the destination country unless required by law. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure familiarity with local import and VAT regulations before placing an order.
